PHRMAG had the honor of meeting His Excellency Dr. Hilal bin Ali bin Hilal Al Sabti, Minister of Health, Sultanate of Oman, for a valuable discussion on collaboration and shared priorities across the healthcare sector.

Our delegation was represented by Chairman Sameh El Fangary, Vice-Chairman Ashraf Mallak, Secretary General Shahad M., Executive Committee Member Pedro Matos Rosa, and Working Group Lead Mohamed Sami.

Together, they explored Oman’s openness to attracting innovation, advancing research, and building partnerships that support a sustainable healthcare future.

The visit also included a tour of the National Center for Virtual Health, where the team saw how human talent and technology are coming together to strengthen patient access to innovative medicines and the medical services they need. These initiatives reflect the ambition of Oman Vision 2040 and its vision for a modern, sustainable health system.
