PHRMAG is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support our day-to-day operations, drive impactful events, and enhance our communications strategy. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth organizational workflows, coordinating successful initiatives, and crafting meaningful engagements with our members, partners, and the broader healthcare community, while reflecting PHRMAG’s mission and values in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal meetings, activities, and communications across leadership, committees, and member companies.
- Plan and manage events, workshops, and member-focused meetings from concept to execution.
- Oversee administrative and operational functions, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Develop and execute creative communication strategies to enhance PHRMAG’s external reputation and engagement.
- Ensure all events and activities are executed with accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to protocol.
- Draft, review, and edit official correspondence, briefing materials, and external communications to maintain consistency and clarity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Event Management (or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, event management, and operational coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver structured, high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong project management experience with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel within the GCC region and internationally as required.
